1 Stop Properties is managed by a dedicated team of professionals who, between them, have over 40 years experience in residential letting, property management, and associated services.

The business was established in early 2005 as we recognised that the market was poorly served by truly professional and dedicated letting agents.

Some 5 years later, our portfolio has grown dramatically as Landlords have come to value the high level or professionalism and personal service that they receive from 1 Stop Properties. Our staffing levels have grown to match the development of the company.

1 Stop Properties have achieved Accredited Letting Agent Status and we are now proud to be able to display the LAS logo on all our official documentation.

Our depth of experience allows us to meet the demands of today's letting market as well as planning for and meeting the challenges of the future.
